Applications submitted by Australian citizens are being returned by IRCC because of insufficient information being provided on Australian criminal security checks. Even when the Australian National Police Certificate is being provided, the application is being returned as being incomplete. The reason is there are additional requirement for residents who have lived in the States of Queensland or Victoria.
